AWARD JUDGING

We use independent judges to ensure that all nominees receive a fair chance of winning their category . On line judging will take place from January 28, 2025.

To qualify to be a judge, one must:

Be 18 years of age or older

Be involved in the housing industry

Not be a member of CHBA Northern BC

Not be nominated for an award
