Description

This category is defined as a kitchen in a new or renovated home, regardless of the type of home. It can be a unique part of the exterior of a home (i.e., porch, garage, water feature, landscape, etc.). Focus is on final and finished product. For renovations, “before” pictures are not required, and this category may include multi-family or single-family projects.

25 - Lifetime Achievement - Golden Hammer Award
Description

The Canadian Home Builders' Association of Northern BC (CHBA-NBC) is a membership driven association and the association thrives with the support of its members. This award will recognize a member for their contribution to the homebuilding industry as a whole and to the association specifically. The winner may be a person or a business/company and is chosen by the CHBA-NBC Board of Directors. The winner will be presented and celebrated at the Gala on June 1, 2024.

This award recognizes the efforts to reduce environmental impact on the surrounding area and add quality of life to the community.

Description

There is no charge to enter this category.  All CHBA Northern BC supplier and sub-trade members in Good Standing will be automatically entered and voted on by the membership of the Canadian Home Builders' Northern BC. This award is determined through an online survey sent out by the CHBA NBC office. The winner will be announced and celebrated at the Housing Awards Gala on June 8, 2024.
