Description

A multi-family low-rise development is defined as a project with a common entrance servicing all units. A low-rise building is less than or equal to 4 stories in height. Rental projects are also eligible. Project may have a commercial component.

Requirements
  • Online entry describing the project and explain how it meets the criteria (bullet form is recommended)
  • Up to 12 photos which include the following:
    • Up to 4 images showing development setting, architectural setting, entrance to project etc.
    • Up to 4 images showing principal living areas
    • Up to 4 images of your choice
  • Floor plans PDF File
  • Site plan PDF File
  • Builder/Developer Permission Form, if applicable

Interior: creative and innovative use of space including architectural detail and form 20.0%
Functionality of floor plan 20.0%
Environmental considerations (energy, comfort, health) 20.0%
Construction details/techniques to achieve industry best practices 20.0%
