This category is defined as any special aspect of the exterior of a home not covered by other categories. It can be a unique part of the exterior of a home (i.e., porch, garage, water feature, landscape, etc.). Focus is on final and finished product. For renovations, “before” pictures are not required, and this category may include multi-family or single-family projects.
Requirements
- Online entry describing the project and explaining how it meets the criteria
- Up to ten (10) digital images which best represent the project
- Renovated features only need to show the “after” photo
- Floor/Site plans PDF File
- Completed Homeowner and/or Builder Permission Form, if applicable
